A 45 minute, High Intensity Interval Training workout that includes several rounds of high intensity movements that increase ones heart rate, followed by short periods of lower intensity movements.
A class focused on learning the movements and techniques of boxing, including punching, sparing and defending yourself from an opponent. Boxing gloves and wrist straps are highly encouraged.
A class dedicated to lifting heavy odd objects. The class duration is a little longer as we work on muscular endurance. Think - large tyres, thick barbells, axle bar and sand bags. Movements might include your CrossFit favs like deadlifts, cleans, log cleans or tyre flips. You'll leave this class feeling strong! Be ready to push your limit.
A class focused on body flow and movement, including foam rolling and yoga movements to stretch the muscles and improve joint mobility. Benefits of attending mobility class are; improved flexibility & circulation, stretching connective tissues, tones & strengthens the body, elevates stamina and reduces stress.
Strength - Upper Body
A workout tailored to strengthening your lower body including legs and glutes, through slow and controlled movements and weight lifting.
Glute & Core Power
An express 45 minute class focusing on strengthening your glutes followed by building and increasing core stability, control and strength.
A class focused on breaking down the technique of more advanced movements, especially olympic lifts or gymnastic techniques you use in a Crossfit class. This gives you a chance to learn without the demands of a regular class.
